Increased produce quality
Acadian treated Carrot, cv. Maverick/Pronto, grown in a field had the same shoot fresh weight, signficant more root fresh weight, significant more total biomass yield, a higher harvest index, shorter roots and a smaller root diameter compared to the untreated control. The root fresh weight and total biomass yield increased with an increasing dose of Acadian, the root length and diameter decreased with an increasing dose. (Results only given in graphs)
