'Panda' and 'Kora', showed on average no significant difference in dry matter (-0.1 %), no difference in crude ash (+1.3 %), no difference crude protein (+2.2 %), no difference in crude fat (+3.3 %), no difference in total carbohydrates (- 3%), decreased crude fibre (-3.6 %), decreased neutral detergent fibre (-4.1 %), no difference in acid detergent fibre (-0.9 %), decreased acid detergent lignin (-4.6 %), no difference in hemicellulose (-14.8 %) and no difference in cellulose (+1.4 %), compared to untreated control plants.
