Tubers of Bio algeen S-90 treated Potato, cv. ‘Denar’, ‘Lord’ and ‘Miłek’, showed no significant difference in dry matter content (-0.9%), increased starch (+4.1%), no difference in total sugars (-0.3%), no difference in monosaccharides (-3.4%), no difference in sucrose (+2.7%), no difference in protein (-2.9%), no difference in L-ascorbic acid (+1.2%), no difference in nitrates (-4.5%), no difference in ascorbate-nitrate index (+6.7%), no difference in darkening after cooking after 10 min or after 2 hours (-1.1%), compared to untreated control plants.
