Bio Forge treated wheat seeds cv. “Chamorro” showed no increase in germination rate or improved uniformity of germination at 300 ml per 100 kg dose, sig. longer seedling root length at 24, 48 and 72 h post germination (all doses) and sig longer shoot length at 300 ml per 100 kg dose. At 6, 12 and 21 days post treatment however only doses of 300 and 500 ml per 100 kg of seed resulted in sig. increased shoot length, while all doses resulted in significantly increased shoot and root fresh and dry weight. Bio Forge treatment at 500 ml per 100 kg increased no. of tillers, had no effect on chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b or carotenoid content and no effect on concentration of Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn.
