Biozyme treated Tomato, cv. Esmeralda/Dual Plus, grown in the field showed a significant decreased fruit dry weight (-3.4%), the fruits had an increased lycopene content (+14.7%), decreased B-caroteen content (-7.8%), decreased antioxidant activity (-36%), decreased soluble sugar content (-6.1%), decreased soluble solids content (-5.7%), decreased titratable acids content (-7.5%), no difference in ascorbic acids content (-3.2%), decreased K content (-3.7%), no difference in Ca content (+6.6%), decreased P content (-5.5%), decreased Mg content (-5.3%), no difference in Na content (+1.6%), no difference in Fe content (+4.7%), decreased Zn content (-11.5%), no difference in Mn content (-2.9%) compared to the untreated control.
