Carrier Top treated wild rocket, cv. Reset, grown in a plastic greenhouse in a loamy sand soil had a significant higher yield, had no difference in dry matter %, a significant higher number of leaves/m² (+36.9%), no difference in average weight of the rocket leaves, L* (brightness), in a* (green/red), in b* (blue, yellow), in chroma and hue, had a significant higher chlorophyll SPAD index, a significant lower nitrate content, no difference in K, Mg, Ca and S content and a significant higher P content (+29.5%) compared to the untreated control grown under the same conditions.
