Increased salt stress tolerance
Ecolicitor treated Lettuce, cv. Cos, grown in salt stress conditions showed a 28.49% increase in total yield with 0.4ml/L application rate and also had an increased shoot weight compared to untreated controls. Ecolicitor treated Lettuce, cv. Cos, grown in optimal conditions had 0.9 % less total fresh weight compared with the untreated control, increasing the dose had a negative effect.
