Increased heat stress tolerance
Goëmar BM86 treated Cowpea, cv. El-Balady, grown in a field in late summer had on average 16.64 % more plant dry weight, 24.3 % higher N% in leaves, 10.3 % higher P% in leaves, 5.7 % higher K% in leaves, 7.1 % higher Ca% in leaves and had a 27.5 % bigger seed yield as compared to the untreated control plants. (All differences were significant)
