Gravital Force SC treated citrus trees, cv. SRA 63, had at harvest day no difference in fruit weight, fruit skin colour, had a significant higher skin firmness (+19.6%), no difference in rind thickness, in juice content, fruit decay, significant more total soluble solids (°Brix) (+35.4%), a higher acidity (+78.7%), a lower juice pH (-10.9%), more ascorbic acid (+26.1%), more total phenols (+23.1%) compared to the untreated control. Gravital Force SC treated citrus trees, cv. SRA 63, had after 30 days at 5°C no difference in fruit weight, fruit skin colour, had a significant higher skin firmness (+14.4%), a significant higher rind thickness (+11.6%), no difference in juice content, fruit decay, significant more total soluble solids (°Brix) (+19.7%), a higher acidity (+39.7%), a lower juice pH (-10.1%), more ascorbic acid (+69.6%), more total phenols (+39.4%) compared to the untreated control under the same post harvest conditions. Gravital Force SC treated citrus trees, cv. SRA 63, had after 30 days at 5°C + 3 days at 20 °C no difference in fruit weight, had a significant better fruit skin colour (+14.4%), a higher skin firmness (+16.6%), no difference in rind thickness, in juice content, significant less fruit decay (-13.2%), significant more total soluble solids (°Brix) (+40.2%), a higher acidity (+74.4%), a lower juice pH (-10.1%), more ascorbic acid (+55.7%), more total phenols (+31.4%) compared to the untreated control under the same post harvest conditions. Gravital Force SC treated citrus trees, cv. SRA 63, had after 30 days at 5°C + 6 days at 20 °C no difference in fruit weight, in fruit skin colour, a higher skin firmness (+11.1%), no difference in rind thickness, in juice content, significant less fruit decay (-14%), significant more total soluble solids (°Brix) (+32.1%), a higher acidity (+75%), a lower juice pH (-14.6%), more ascorbic acid (+51.7%), more total phenols (+31.7%) compared to the untreated control under the same post harvest conditions.
