No effect on produce quality
Humifirst treated Alder grown in a root elongation medium had on average a 1.6 % higher rooting percentage, 8.6 % less roots, a 21.5 % lower density of lateral roots and 4.5 % longer shoots compared to the untreated control. The highest dose had most negative effects and results were not significant.
