Tubers of HumiPlant treated Potato, cv. ‘Denar’, ‘Lord’ and ‘Miłek’, showed no significant difference in dry matter content (+0.7%), no difference in starch (+1.2%), no difference in total sugars (-3.5%), no difference in monosaccharides (-5.5%), no difference in sucrose (-1%), no difference in protein (+0.3%), no difference in L-ascorbic acid (+2.3%), no difference in nitrates (-2.7%)), no difference in ascorbate-nitrate index (+4.5%), no difference in darkening after cooking after 10 minutes (+0.8%) or after 2 hours (-0.5%), compared to untreated control plants.
