Effect
Increased nitrogen N use efficiency
Increased phosphorous P use efficiency
Increased potassium K use efficiency
Kelpak treated Okra, cv. Clemson Spineless, grown in a greenhouse with 4 different nutrient doses (50 %, 50% without N, 50 % without P, 50% without K) had on average a 37.3 % bigger shoot length, 5.8 % longer roots, 22.1 % more leaves, 38.3 % more roots, a 18.4 % thicker stem, 98.8 % more shoot fresh weight, 102.9 % more root fresh weight, 122.5 % more shoot dry weight, 118.2 % more root dry weight and a 61.6 % bigger leaf area as compared to the untreated control. (The plants had a significant higher P and K use efficiency and a non-significant higher N and nutrient use efficiency)
