Kelpak treated Lettuce grown in a greenhouse with half strength nutrient solution had the same dry weight, leaves contained more K, the same amount of Ca and significant more Mg; Treated Lettuce grown with single strength nutrient solutions had less dry weight, leaves contained significant more K, the same amount of Ca and significant less Mg; Treated Lettuce grown with double strength nutrient solution had significant more dry weight, leaves contained significant more K, significant more Ca and significant more Mg compared to the untreated control grown in the same nutrient conditions.
