Kelpak SL treated Common bean, cv. Aura/Toska, grown in a field had on average 5.5 % more seeds (#/m²), 6.3 % heavier seeds (g/m²), 5.7 % more pods (#/m²), a 1.2 % higher weight of thousand seeds, the beans contained 3 % less starch, 3.1 % less free sugars and 3.4 % less proteins as compared to the untreated control. (in general the Toska cultivar reacted more as compared to the Aura cultivar; Toska reacted best to double treatments of 0.2 %; Auro to single treatments of 0.4 %)
