Kelpak SL treated Buckwheat sprouts, cv. 'Panda' and 'Kora', showed significantly decreased antioxidant activity of FRAP 4'(-31.9 %) and FRAP 60' (-26.5 %), increased ratio FRAP 4'/FRAP 60' (+8 %), decreased DPPH (-37.5 %), decreased in ACW (-18.5 %), no difference in ACL (+5.7 %), decreased total polyphenols (-23.8 %), no difference in rutoside (-1.8 %), no difference in oxalic acid (-6.2%), no difference in malic acid (+2.1 %), no difference in citric acid (-19.7 %), no difference in succinic acid (-36.8 %) and decreased fumaric acid (-14.6%), when averaged across cultivars, compared to untreated control plants.
