Megafol treated Tomato, cv. Buran F1, showed increased leaf area index (+76.3%), decreased specific leaf area (cm²/g DM) (-7%) and increased leaf dry matter content (mg/g fresh weight) (+7.6%), averaged across treatment methods and both samplings, compared to the untreated control. All effects were significant with the exception of the combined treatment on the specific leaf area and leaf dry matter content in the second trial year.
