Organic Green Gold treated apple, cv. Gala Must, grown in an orchard had 8.9 % more N (sign), 10.2 % less P (sign), 23.9 % less K (sign), 24.5 % less Ca, 6.1 % more Mg (sign) in leaves, had a 11.2 % bigger fruit diameter (sign), fruits were 30.5 % heavier (sign), contained 10.2 % more dry matter, 59.9 % more vitamine C, 3.8 % more total sugars (sign), were 8.3 % less acid, contained 3.1 % more flavonoids and 25.2 % more phenolic compounds (sign) compared to the untreated control.
