Ailsa Craig, under optimum water availability, showed no significant difference in relative water content, no difference in photosystem II maximum quantum yield efficiency, no difference in chlorophyll a/b ratio, no difference in total chlorophyll content, no difference in indole-3-acetic acid, no difference in trans-zeatin, no difference in isopentenyladenosine, no difference in GA1, no difference in GA3, no difference in abscisic acid, no difference in salicylic acid, no difference in jasmonic acid, no difference in α-tocopherol, no difference in α-tocopherol/chlorophyll ratio, no difference in γ-tocopherol, no difference in γ-tocopherol/chlorophyll ratio, no difference in plastachromanol-8, and no difference in plastachromanol-8/chlorophyll ratio, compared to untreated control plants, grown over 12 weeks.
