Increased produce quality
Phosfik treated Strawberries, cv. Polka, grown under optimal conditions had on average 1.2 % more chlorophyll, a 9.9 % higher total yield, a 7.7 % higher marketable yield, 10.7 % less soluble solids and a 8.2 % higher titratable acid content compared to the untreated control plants. Chlorophyll content en yield were not significantly influenced, effect of the application method depended on the parameter.
