Phylgreen treated Hydrangea, cv. Phantom, grown in a peat-based substrate in reduced nitrogen conditions had 3 % longer branches, 3 % less branches, 2 % less fresh weight, 2 % more dry weight, 4 % better root development, a 2.3 % lower chlorophyll-index, a 7 % higher flavonol-index and a 41.8 % higher anthocyanin-index compared to the untreated control grown in the same conditions. No significant effects.
