Redicrop 2000 treated Birch grown in usual conditions had on average a 3.1 % smaller girth, 2 % less leaf dry weight, 12.2 % more shoot dry weight, 4.6 % larger roots, 2.3 % less root dry weight, a 0.6 % bigger root area and 10.8 % more chlorophyll compared to the untreated control. (Numbers are averages of different application methods and harvest moments (8 and 20 weeks after treatment); differences most of the time not significant)
