Increased produce quality
Seasol treated Strawberry plants, cv. Albion, grown in optimal field conditions had on average a 5.1 % higher total fruit yield, 2.3 % less commercial-grade berries, were 0.4 % smaller, had a 28.5 % bigger root length density and a 4 % shorter specific root length compared to the untreated control plants. Soaking before planting alone had the least effect.

Timing
mother plant soaked overnight in a 1:4000 solution. Soil drench starts at planting, followed by 7 treatments with a monthly interval till 2 weeks before harvest
