Serenade ASO treated Buckwheat sprouts, cv.  'Panda' and 'Kora', showed on average no difference in dry matter (-0.2 %), no difference in crude ash (+0.2 %), no difference in crude protein (+2.2 %), no difference in crude fat (+3.3 %), increased total carbohydrates (+2.5 %), decreased crude fibre (-9.8 %), decreased neutral detergent fibre (-8.6 %), decreased acid detergent fibre (-9.9 %), decreased acid detergent lignin (-18.6 %), no difference in hemicellulose (-11.3 %) and no difference in cellulose (-4.7 %), compared to untreated control plants.
