Sinergon Bio treated olive trees, cv. Leccino, grown in pots for one year, showed significantly increased stem diameter, no long term difference in net photosynthesis, no long term difference in stomatal conductance, no long term difference in intercellular CO2, increased total biomass, increased leaf dry weight, increased shoot dry weight, increased stem dry weight and no difference in root dry weight, at the end of the vegetative season, compared to untreated control plants. Sinergon Bio treated olive trees, cv. Moraiolo, grown in an orchard showed significantly increased increment of growth of the trunk cross section area, no difference in yield (olives/tree) (+23.7%), no difference in yield (oil/tree) (+34.1%), no difference in yield efficiency (g olives/mm2) (+7.7%), no difference in yield efficiency (g oil/mm2) (+17.7%), no difference in fruit fresh weight (+4.5%), no difference in fruit pigmentation index (-6.5%), no difference in fruit water content (-2.1%), no difference in fruit oil content (% F.W.) (+8.3%) and no difference in fruit oil content (% D.W.) (+5.8%), at the end of the vegetative season, compared to untreated control plants.
