Example, to search for all recorded cases of biostimulant use on tomato mitigate effects of drought type: "tomato, drought"

Stimplex

Type: Seaweed extract, Company: Acadian Seaplants Limited

Effect

Increased produce quality
Increased drought stress tolerance

Stimplex treated Nippon spirea, cv. Snowmound, grown in a greenhouse with 100 % irrigation had significant more leaves/plant, bigger leaf areas, more plant dry weight, were taller, had a higher photosynthetic rate, had more root dry weight (only with soil drench application) and had more flavonoids as compared to the untreated control grown in the same conditions. Stimplex treated Nippon spirea, cv. Snowmound, grown in a greenhouse with reduced irrigation had significant more leaves/plant, bigger leaf areas, more plant dry weight, were taller, had a higher photosynthetic rate and had more total phenolics as compared to the untreated control in drought stress. Soil drench applications gave better results as compared to foliar application. (Results only given in graphs)
