Sunred treated Olive, cv. Biancolilla, grown in optimal conditions had a 10.5 % higher yield (ns), a 2 % higher yield efficiency (ns), a 0.4 % higher drupe weight (ns), a 2.3 % more uniform peel color, 14 % less oil spiciness and had overall the same taste compared to the untreated control plants
