Vigour Seed treated wheat seeds cv. “Chamorro” showed sig. improved germination rate, sig. reduced germination time and improved uniformity, sig. longer seedling shoot and root length at 24, 48 and 72 h post germination when treated with at 100 ml of product per 100 per kg of seed. No sig. differences with 300 and 500 ml of product per 100 kg of seed. At 6, 12 and 21 days post treatment however only dose of 300 ml per 100 kg of seed resulted in sig. increased shoot length, while doses of 100 and 500 ml per 100 kg of seed only slightly (not. significantly) increased shoot length. Shoot fresh and dry mass were sig. increased with all three doses. Vigour seed treatment had no effect on the number of tillers, no effect on chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b or carotenoid content and no effect on concentration of Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn.
